Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please get in touch with our customer support team at “customercare@balatronstudio.co.za” within 14 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the return process.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
